Great product, prefer old packaging

Really like the oil based contents but not a fan of the new pump. It gets stuck and I don’t feel like I control how much liquid I want to use. Please bring back the dropper packaging or find a better option.

I bought the small bottle to taste it but it turns out is making my skin smooth so I would go for a bigger bottle next time

I like the product, but the packaging is a bit of a mess. The pump gets stuck and can sometimes make a mess.

As for the serum itself, it is very gentle and did not cause redness on my rosacea prone skin. It feels a little oily but a little bit of product goes a long way and it dries down without being too shiny. I did notice an improvement in complexion and dullness. The serum does not turn my fingers/nails orange like a lot of other vitamin C serums. I love that it is in a pump bottle to limit oxidisation and extend the shelf-life of the product. I love everything about this product (except the fact that the pump gets stuck)

Would rate the product 5 stars if the pump was improved.

Love this product absorbs quickly into the skin so doesn't leave an oily flim. Like the idea of the pump action that prevents oxidation. Using for 3 weeks now and thus far no problem with the pump.

I absolutely love this product, I have been using it since Nov last year. I love that it is in a pump, I do however have to point out that the pump gets stuck (stays down) and every now and again I have to use my thumb to push it up. I have bought 3 of these so far, 2 from this website and 1 was purchased from Woolworths and the pump ends up doing the same thing. I have never had a problem with the 0.1% Retinaldehyde pump.
