Delivery Costs

Johannesburg door to door delivery R90.00 incl vat.

National door to door delivery R130.00 incl vat.

Delivery within 2 to 3 working days. Working days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

The shipping period starts once payment has been authorised. Receipt of payment can vary depending on how the payment is processed.

  • Credit cards: The order is dispatched once the bank provides an authorisation code.
  • Cash deposits and internet transfers: The order is dispatched once the funds reflect in the bank account.
  • Cheque deposits: The order is dispatched once the funds have cleared which takes approximately 7 business days to reflect.

No deliveries will be sent to postal addresses or via the post office.

Can I change my delivery address?

Once payment has been made a change in delivery address is not possible.

Will I have to sign for my delivery?

You will need to sign for the delivery. If you are not able to personally sign for the delivery, you are able to make a note of who will sign for the delivery when placing your order.
