SKIN functional understands that you are eagerly awaiting the delivery of your order and we therefore aim to process orders within 24 hours of receiving payment.

Orders received on a Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.

Delivery Costs

Delivery Fee is calculated at checkout.

Delivery within South African Borders:

Expect delivery within 2 to 3 working days. Working days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

The shipping period starts once payment has been authorised. Receipt of payment can vary depending on how the payment is processed.

Credit cards: The order is dispatched once the bank provides an authorisation code.
Cash deposits and internet transfers: The order is dispatched once the funds reflect in the bank account.
Cheque deposits: The order is dispatched once the funds have cleared which takes approximately 7 business days to reflect.

No deliveries will be sent to postal addresses or via the post office.

Should you apply any discount code or redeem points at checkout and your cart total is less than the R500 (over R500 qualifies for free delivery) then the delivery fee will be automatically be calculated and added to your order. You will be liable for the delivery cost.

We ship to Africa and Beyond at a standard flat rate:

Africa = R1500

International (Excluding Africa) = R2500 ($135* or 125€* or AU$205* all rates are estimates, subject to change depending on current rate of exchange on purchase date.)

Delivery times are dependent on the courier. Once the package has left our offices you will be notified with a tracking number where you will be able to track the status of your delivery.

Can I change my delivery address?

Once payment has been made a change in delivery address is not possible.

Will I have to sign for my delivery?

You will need to sign for the delivery. If you are not able to personally sign for the delivery, you are able to make a note of who will sign for the delivery when placing your order.

What do I do if products are missing from my order?

If you received an incomplete delivery please contact SKIN functional [email protected]. Please include your invoice number.

What do I do if I would like to track my order?
