GlowBits Terms & Conditions
SKIN functional makes use of a third party loyalty application. Please take note of the following terms and conditions:
1. Loyalty Program is deactivated during sale periods. This means that no GlowBits will be earned during a sale period. This means that no GlowBits will be redeemable during a sale period.
2. Unlike other loyalty programs, your GlowBits do not expire. You are able to convert your GlowBits into Rand-value vouchers to use on your next purchase.
3. For a more engaging Loyalty Program, SKIN functional has set various tiers namely; Fresh Face, Dewy Darling, Radiant Muse and Luminous Glow. Each tier has various rewards. Each reward is limited to a 3-month expiration time period.
4. Tier Rewards need to be redeemed with an order. You cannot only redeem a reward. The system will not allow you.
5. Tier Rewards are set by SKIN functional and can change at any time. It is not the responsibility of SKIN functional to notify customers of changes to available rewards.
6. Tier Rewards are valid until their expiry date. Once expired, they can no longer be redeemed.
7. In order to access your own loyalty page, please login to your profile. Then navigate to the GlowBits page. There you will find all the information relating to your specific account including the available rewards.
