I've been supporting Skin functional for years now. They've always been super, whether on this site or Takealot. I've always been impressed with the products, some are holy grails, some are new additions. Awesome company and products!
I took a big chance with this moisturizer as I have sensitive, dry and oily t zone skin that's also a bit more mature. I don't struggle with acne but all the money spent on sensitive or anti-aging creams left me frustrated as it never seemed to get absorbed. This cream really surprised me. The smell is clean, the pump is surprisingly accurate, it glides on effortlessly and guess what? It actually absorbs, my skin feels light and hydrated. Best move I ever made! I've been using this product for over a year on a weekly basis as I have older, sensitive and combination skin. I can definitely tell when I've skipped a week. The bottle might look small but it lasts a very long time. Great product, had no reactions and gentle enough not to cause any discomfort or redness after use!

Excellent service and communication. The courier service company used has never sent me an sms delivery update, however after I escalated it with SkinFunctional only then they sent me an sms which is something they don't do, despite endless requests from other stores that uses the delivery services. When it comes moisturizers, that's where SkinFunctional shows off. A brand can have several good products but the moisturizer can break or make up the skin care regimen. It indeed is moisturizing and gentle to my skin. My skin feels soft and it has improved products absorption into my skin. Where have you been all my life????

It's not on the product that brings the customer back,professionalism and communication plays a huge role for organization growth. SKIN functional is besotted with animals and definitely does not do any animal testing. An animal testing ban was instituted in 2013. All SKIN functional ingredients are sourced ethically, with no animal testing involved.
