By far my favourite product I've ordered! It's just the right amount of oily and is very hydrating. I use it after my retinal and eye serum and let is soak into the skin for an hour or so. Then I apply my moisturiser and I wake up with such soft and hydrated skin! Really enjoying this.
I ordered a 3 of these during the BF sales in 2025. I was expecting the texture to be like the Ordinary 0.2% retinal I was using (a thin yellow cream like texture) but it's so much better! I find it easier to apply evenly with its liquid formulation and it absorbs quite quickly so I can move on to my next skincare step in a few minutes. I usually follow it up with the biphasic facial oil and I've had minimal dryness and retinol side effects. I've been using 1 for around 2 months of 2-3 day uses and it's still going. Interested to see how long it lasts.
I'm only using this as a through-the-day top up on my sunblock lotion (chemical and mineral) as needed. Really like the shape and size of the stick. It goes on well, without feeling too thick and sticky and leaves no white cast. Perfect addition to the car console or a handbag.

SKIN functional is besotted with animals and definitely does not do any animal testing. An animal testing ban was instituted in 2013. All SKIN functional ingredients are sourced ethically, with no animal testing involved.
